Guests open the Guest App via the journey email or an in-app banner, complete pre-check-in directly in the app, and have their booking details personalised under “My Stay” once linked. After check-in, they can view their invoice at any time \u2014 no front desk visit needed. Data flows back to protel automatically, with no double entry. With our new MARA integration, reviews from Google, Booking, and Tripadvisor are analysed automatically. When a concrete issue is detected, a service ticket is created and lands straight in Hotelboard, complete with the complaint, room number, recommended action, and a link back to the original review for a quick response. Answers have also become significantly more accurate. Time-aware queries work properly too, so questions about seasons, tonight’s events, or tours in April return genuinely matching results. Guests asking for service forms are now taken straight to the right form. And thanks to smarter topic matching, page titles count toward search results, meaning fewer dead ends when a keyword only appears in the title and not the body text.<\/p>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

It also proactively promotes contact forms and services, so it works as a 24\/7 concierge that never sleeps. Properties can make it their own with a custom icon, name, and predefined questions.
