A big one: the AI Assistant is now available in the Guest App. Guests get instant, accurate answers around the clock — in any language, no configuration needed. The assistant knows the property inside out: Guest App content, nearby POIs, tours, events, and news, always with a direct link to the right page. It also proactively promotes contact forms and services, so it works as a 24/7 concierge that never sleeps. Properties can make it their own with a custom icon, name, and predefined questions. A web version is coming soon.
