Gastfreund is now officially certified with protel Cloud PMS by Planet. Guests open the Guest App via the journey email or an in-app banner, complete pre-check-in directly in the app, and have their booking details personalised under “My Stay” once linked. After check-in, they can view their invoice at any time — no front desk visit needed. Data flows back to protel automatically, with no double entry. The result: fewer questions at reception, less admin in the background, and more time for the guests.
